INSTRUCTOR :: Sally Powis-Campbell is a Registered Psychologist in the Province of Alberta. Sally’s professional mindfulness training that she brings to this course includes: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Eating-Conscious Living (ME-CL), Eat Right Now Mindful Eating Program (ERN), Mindful Performance Enhancement Awareness and Knowledge (mPEAK) , Mindfulness for Working with Kids and Teens Certificate, and Yoga and Mindful Movement Coaching. She is passionate about working with clients of all ages in individual and group settings to share both knowledge and practices of mindfulness that can be integrated into daily life to assist in reaping all the benefits listed above!
WHEN :: Group runs Wednesdays 6 pm – 7:30 pm. Start date is January 9, 2019.
COST** :: $240 ($60/per session)
WHAT TO WEAR :: Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets available for all.

Once you have requested a free 20 minute intake call to learn more about hte group OR registered for the program, host Psychologist Sally Powis-Campbell will contact you within 72 hours to arrange a 20 minute video or audio call to better understand your intentions and what you’re hoping to learn from and practice in this group.
