Join Sally for mindfulness-based interventions including mindful eating practices. Available for all ages age 3+ in one-on-one, couples, families, small groups.
DIETITIAN ASSESSMENTS + CONSULTATIONS
Work with a Registered Dietitian, Vincci Tsui. Also a Mindful Eating expert! Together you’ll start your journey with a 60-minute deep dive into your health history, lifestyle and environment, and how that all factors into your relationship with food and your body today. You will leave with a better understanding of yourself, as well as specific action steps to help you start tuning in to your inner Intuitive Eater. Then you’ll progress to 30- and 60-minute sessions to review your progress, celebrate your successes, troubleshoot any problems or concerns, and layer in more knowledge and skills, so that you can continue to move forward throughout your personal journey.
