meditation is becoming popular for many reasons, including positively impacting athletic pursuits! Athletes are taking up mindfulness practice more & more because research has shown meditation can be used as a tool to manage pain, decrease anxiety & improve focus.

I’ve trained in sport psychology & mindfulness for athletes & would love to see you at my practice. One program I’ve certified in is mPEAK, a program developed at University of California San Diego that has been used with National Teams in the United States. I currently work with teens & adults in these areas. I also offer yoga classes or private sessions to pair with sport psychology/mindfulness for athletics sessions.
As an athlete, business owner, mama, & writer myself, I have realized how mindfulness has helped me balance all my life’s demands & still maintain dedication, motivation, & mindful awareness within my training & competition.
